The design, up close

The centrepiece is a small horizontal nail-inspired pendant positioned sideways across the chain.

One end features a smooth pointed, bullet-like silhouette.

Small engraved, screw-like motifs are visible on these bands as decorative details.

At the opposite end, a circular crystal-set ring creates the brightest point of the design and balances the otherwise clean metallic finish.

A note on material and finish

The extension-end hardware visibly carries an “S.STEEL” marking. I would not use that alone to claim that every component of the necklace is stainless steel unless your supplier documentation confirms it.
