For verified damaged, defective or incorrect products, Purnave Jewelz will take care of the return shipping. For other returns or exchanges, return and reshipping charges are borne by the customer.
Where a refund is applicable, it is normally initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality check. Prepaid refunds are sent to the original payment method; eligible COD refunds are processed to a verified bank account or UPI ID.
